Online Training Packages
All training packages include nutritional guidance and workouts that are customized to your schedule and goals. Whether you are looking to improve your overall health, build muscle, lose weight, or are just looking for some accountability, I can work with you and help guide you through the process. If you are local to me and are interested in training with me one on one please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org If you are looking for online training, I use an app called Trainerize. Trainerize allows me to program workouts for you with detailed videos that show you proper form. You can communicate with me directly through the app and track all of your progress ( food, weight, progress photos, workouts, etc. ) it also allows me to see every thing you log so I am able to follow every step of your progress.
12 Week Program
This program is great for everyone but especially recommended for beginners as it allows me more time to work with you to build your core, strength, and endurance. No matter what level of fitness you are at ( intermediate, advanced..) the 12 week program will be tailored to your goals. This is the ideal program to get you in tip top shape.
8 Week Program
Great for anyone from beginner to intermediate, to advanced, but especially good for the intermediate looking at improving their current level of fitness, physique or health. No matter what your level, it will be directly customized to your goals.
4 Week Program
Great for anyone looking to give my programming a try without too much commitment. Also great for anyone looking for a kickstart in their current fitness levels or a jumpstart out of a rut.
