All training packages include free access to my live cooking classes, nutritional guidance and workouts that are customized to your schedule and goals. Whether you are looking to improve your overall health, build muscle, lose weight, or are just looking for some accountability, I can work with you and help guide you through the process. Trainerize allows me to program workouts for you with detailed videos that show you proper form. You can communicate with me directly through the app and track all of your progress ( food, weight, progress photos, workouts, etc. ) it also allows me to see every thing you log so I am able to follow every step of your progress. Please keep in mind that when signing up for a plan, you have 48 hours to cancel in order to receive a refund, and if you become inactive or unresponsive to messages for over a week your training spot will be forfeited with no refund. 4 Week All In Package
This package is for those that are seriously committed to making a change but are in need of more accountability and guidance. With this package you get a custom fitness and nutrition plan, a free digital cookbook download, once a week video check-ins, and once a week one on one cooking lesson.
I highly recommend this package to anyone feeling lost in the kitchen and the gym but ready to change their life! Or, if you are just looking for more accountability and want to learn some new things in the kitchen.
4 week Group Training with Gym Access ( without gym access also available ) $40
With group training you will be placed in a program with 5 or more ( groups close at a maximum of 15 people ) people for less than half the price of individualized training but you still get most of the perks of having direct access to your trainer via messenger at all times, nutritional guidance, access to twice monthly live cooking classes, and the bonus of being able to build community and accountability with others in your group. This is also a great option if you want to round up a group of friends to train with you and keep your price down.
12 Week All In Plan
This plan is for anyone of any fitness level ready to make a serious commitment to changing their diet and exercise habits. This plan comes with a custom fitness and nutrition plan, free digital cookbook, weekly video chat check in, AND two one on one video cooking lessons per week. If you are in need of some serious help, and are serious about getting to your goals, then this is the plan for you.
