8 Week Program
Great for anyone from beginner to intermediate, to advanced, but especially good for the intermediate looking at improving their current level of fitness, physique or health. No matter what your level, it will be directly customized to your goals.
4 Week Program
Great for anyone looking to give my programming a try without too much commitment. Also great for anyone looking for a kickstart in their current fitness levels or a jumpstart out of a rut.
Nutrition Plan Only
This plan is for those looking to better their eating habits without an exercise plan. Maybe you already have the exercise part down and are just looking to get better results through nutrition, or maybe you want to clean up your diet before beginning an exercise program. Either way, this is a customized nutrition plan to help you reach your goals.
